The A$ remuneration paid and share based payments during the years ended 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026 have been converted to US$. For the 2026 remuneration, this has been converted to US$ at an average exchange rate for the 2026 financial year of 1.48024. For the 2025 remuneration, this has been converted to US$ at an average exchange rate for the 2025 financial year of 1.54632. Both the amount of remuneration and any movement in comparison to prior years may be influenced by changes in the A$/US$ exchange rates. No long term or termination benefits were paid in FY26. 33. Includes the gross travel allowance of A$20,000 per trip paid to NEDs based overseas who travelled to Australia during the year. 34. Includes personal tax advice and visa support for overseas based NEDs. 35. As disclosed in section 9.1, NEDs participate in the NED Rights Plan under which NEDs are required to take at least 20% of their pre-tax base fees (excluding superannuation guarantee contributions) in the form of Rights. Rights are granted upfront and are expensed over the period of grant to vest. The Fair Value per Right at the grant date of 27 August 2025 was A$217.28 for Tranche 1 (vested 17 February 2026) and A$214.72 for Tranche 2 (vests 21 August 2026). For the Rights granted 19 February 2026 (vesting 22 August 2025), the fair value was A$151.50. 36. In FY26, C Price was a NED for the period 1 October 2025 to 30 June 2026. 37.
