Stephen Marlow AMP, MBA Age 54 Senior Vice President and General Manager, CSL Plasma Mr Marlow currently serves as the Executive Vice President & General Manager at CSL Plasma. Mr Marlow has full P&L responsibility and is accountable for leading all aspects of the US and International network of plasma donation centres. Mr Marlow began his career with CSL in Australia in 2000. Prior to being appointed to his current role, Mr Marlow led CSL’s vaccine business unit, CSL Seqirus and has also servied as SVP of CSL Behring’s manufacturing operations based in Kankakee, Illinois. Mr Marlow gained his undergraduate degree in Leeds, UK, his MBS in Melbourne, Australia, is a graduate of the Melbourne Business School and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Bill Mezzanotte MD, MPH Age 67 Executive Vice President, Research and Development and Chief Medical Officer Mr Mezzanotte, MD was appointed Head of Research and Development in October 2018. He is responsible for developing and executing CSL’s Research & Development strategy and portfolio, including the identification and development of all R&D platforms, skills and expertise necessary for success. Prior to CSL, he was Senior Vice President and Therapeutic Area Head, Respiratory for Boehringer Ingelheim and spent 16 years with AstraZeneca in research and development, assuming roles of increasing leadership and management responsibility across multiple therapeutic areas. Mary Oates PhD Analytical Chemistry Age 63 Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer Dr Oates was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2025. She oversees CSL’s enterprise operations organisation, which brings together a range of functions that includes manufacturing, quality, supply chain, technical operations and network strategy. Prior to joining CSL, Dr Oates was the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Vaccines at Sanofi, and prior to Sanofi, she held various leadership roles at Pfizer where she oversaw the Innovative Operations and Network Excellence team managing the supply of consumer healthcare and biotechnology products, and spent time leading Global Quality Operations and EHS. Mark Hill BA (Organisational Management), Executive MBA (IT Management) Age 65 Chief Digital & Information Officer Mr Hill is the Chief Digital Information Officer at CSL. He leads the enterprise-wide Digital Technology organisation and its accompanying strategy. Mr Hill plays a key role in how CSL manages plasma donors, connects with patients, virtually collaborates and drives greater efficiencies in operations. He is also driving the modernisation of CSL’s technology landscape to enable long-term growth, resilience and digital innovation. Mr Hill is a global IT leader with extensive experience in utilising enabling technology to deliver efficiency, productivity, quality and solutions for patients and public health. Kate Priestman BA (Hons) Age 52 Chief Corporate and External Affairs Officer Ms Priestman was named Chief Corporate & External Affairs Officer in September 2023. In this role, Ms Priestman is accountable for building and enhancing CSL’s relationships with governments and other key external stakeholder groups, to enable unconstrained access to CSL’s transformational medicines and maintain its reputation and influence as a market-leading global innovator. Ms Priestman has over 25 years’ experience in the biopharma industry, having served in a series of commercial and corporate leadership roles across the sector. David Ross BA (Finance) MBA Age 59 Executive Vice President and General Manager CSL Seqirus Mr Ross was named Executive Vice President and General Manager of CSL Seqirus in April 2024. With more than 35 years of cross-functional experience, Mr Ross brings proven leadership skills to CSL Seqirus’ mission of delivering pioneering vaccine solutions to advance public health around the world. In his current role, Mr Ross is accountable for the end-to-end development, production and commercialisation of Seqirus’ vaccine portfolio.
