Mr Lim joined CSL in 2013 as Vice President of Strategic Projects, where he focused on the Company’s strategy, business development and mergers & acquisitions. Since then, he held several positions at CSL Seqirus, including Head of Strategy & Finance and interim General Manager. Prior to his current role, Mr Lim was CSL’s Chief Strategy Officer with responsibility for corporate strategy, business development and alliance management. Prior to joining CSL, Mr Lim advised the Company on a number of strategic initiatives as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch. He started his career as a mergers & acquisitions lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Gordon Naylor BE (Hons), Grad Dip (Computer Science), MBA, CPA, GAICD, FTSE Age 63 CEO and MD (Non-independent Executive Director) Mr Naylor was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of CSL Limited on 11 February 2026. Mr Naylor is a seasoned global biotechnology executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across operations, finance, IT and advanced manufacturing. Mr Naylor joined CSL in the late 1980s and, over his 33-year tenure with the Company, held a range of senior executive roles including CFO and later President of Seqirus. Mr Naylor was appointed to the CSL Board in December 2025 and continues his strategic governance and leadership as the Interim CEO and MD. Greg Boss JD, BS (Hon) Age 64 Executive Vice President, Legal and CSL Group General Counsel Mr Boss was appointed Group General Counsel in 2009 and is responsible for worldwide legal operations, risk management and compliance for all CSL Group companies. He joined CSL in 2001, serving as General Counsel for what became the CSL Behring business. Prior to joining CSL, Mr Boss was Vice President and Senior Counsel for CB Richard Ellis International, after spending ten years in private legal practice focusing on corporate and securities law. Hervé Gisserot IEP (Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (SciencePo)) Age 62 Executive Vice President, Business Development and Enterprise Alliance Management Mr Gisserot was appointed EVP, Business Development and Enterprise Alliance Management in December 2025. Mr Gisserot is responsible for executing CSL’s Portfolio Development & Commercialisation strategy by sourcing external innovation, expanding our clinical and commercial portfolio and enhancing the value of our strategic partnerships. Prior to his current role, Mr Gisserot was Senior Vice President and General Manager of CSL Vifor.
