Potential vesting is scheduled for September 2028, after which a one year holding lock period would apply to 31 August 2029. 7. Total Target Direct Compensation, being the sum of Fixed Remuneration, Target STI and Target LTI (and one-off equity grants, where applicable). 2.2 FY26 Executive KMP Realised Remuneration The charts below disclose the ‘realised’ remuneration in US Dollars (US$) for those who were Executive KMP during FY26. This presents a simple and transparent view of what each Executive KMP’s actual (pre-tax) take-home pay was for the period served as an Executive KMP, based on both individual and CSL performance for FY26. This chart would ordinarily include a value for the LTI awards tested at 30 June 2026, but this award will lapse without value and so no LTI amount is shown. This is a voluntary disclosure and is presented on a non-IFRS basis (i.e. it is not required under International Financial Reporting Standards). See section 10 Table 9 for the Statutory Remuneration disclosure that has been prepared in accordance with Australian accounting standards. 8. FR includes base salary, retirement/superannuation benefits, and other benefits such as insurances, relocation and allowances paid in FY26 in relation to the period served as an Executive KMP. 9. STI relates to STI earned in FY26 in relation to the period served as an Executive KMP and will be paid in September 2026 (refer to section 6 Table 5). In summary, outcomes as a percentage of maximum were 13% (K Lim), 0% (A Schmeltz), 0% (P McKenzie) and 0% (J Linton). G Naylor did not participate in the FY26 STI program. 10. In FY26, K Lim was an executive KMP for the period of 7 October 2025 to 30 June 2026. For transparency, the full year of STI payment for K Lim was $158,597.
