Mr Gordon Naylor was appointed to the CSL Board effective 1 December 2025. 4. Mr Cameron Price was appointed to the CSL Board effective 1 October 2025. 5. Mr Costa Saroukos was appointed to the CSL Board effective 1 December 2025. 6. Dr Megan Clark AC retired from the CSL Board effective 28 October 2025. 7. Ms Marie McDonald retired from the CSL Board effective 28 October 2025. 8. Dr Paul McKenzie retired from the CSL Board on 10 February 2026. 6. Dividends On 17 August 2026, the Directors resolved to pay a final dividend of US$1.62 per ordinary share, to be paid on 2 October 2026, unfranked, bringing dividends per share in respect of FY2026 to US$2.92 per share. In accordance with determinations by the Directors, CSL does not operate a dividend investment plan. Interim dividends are typically determined in February and paid in April. Final dividends are typically determined in August and paid in October. Dividends determined but not yet paid are not recorded as a liability at the end of the period to which they relate. 7. Developments in operations in future years and expected results On pages 8 to 13 of the OFR, CSL sets out its business strategies and prospects for future financial years and refers to likely developments in its operations (and the expected results of those operations) in future financial years. Certain information is excluded from the OFR to the extent permitted by Australian law, on the basis that such information relates to impending developments or matters in the course of negotiation and disclosure would likely result in unreasonable prejudice to the Group. 53 CSL Limited Annual Report 2025/26
