CSL Annual Report 2026

Healthier Communities Listening to our donors CSL recognises that individuals have a choice in where they donate. Enhancing the donor experience at CSL supports trust and contributes to a sustainable foundation for ongoing participation from both new and existing donors. To support this, CSL has launched several new initiatives, aligned to our new donor experience framework. These include targeted efforts to increase Google reviews to better understand donor sentiment, enabling CSL Plasma to identify trends and drive more proactive, centre-level improvements. And, the launch of our new Voice of the Donor survey. Measuring the experience of our plasma donors During the year, CSL updated its plasma donor application to better capture feedback from donors, with a new Voice of the Donor survey that is industry-aligned and utilises both a net promoter score and an overall satisfaction score. The survey participation is voluntary and is not incentivised, and includes both successful and deferred donors. Based on self-reported survey data collected via the CSL Plasma mobile application from US plasma donors between 1 September 2025 and 30 June 2026, data captured comprises: Overall satisfaction (OSAT) score1 88.3%* Plasma donors described their occupational working status as*: 1.
