Buy-back program On 20 August 2025, CSL announced an on-market share buy-back of up to US$500 million (approximately A$750 million), which was subsequently increased to US$750 million (approximately A$1.1 billion) in February 2026. The buy-back program ran from 4 September 2025 to 5 May 2026, during which the Company purchased 6,406,976 ordinary shares for a total of A$1,064 million (US$724 million equivalent) at an average price of A$166.16 per share. On-market share acquisitions During FY2026, 53,752 CSL ordinary shares were purchased on market at an average price of A$181.11 per share for the purposes of various CSL employee incentive schemes.
