Directors’ declaration 1. In the opinion of the directors, the Company has taken reasonable steps to ensure that the substantive provisions of the Sustainability Report of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the Group) for the year ended 30 June 2026, as presented on pages 142 to 156, are in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), including: i) complying with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standard AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures and any further requirements determined under section 296C(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth); and ii) containing the climate statement disclosures required by section 296D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). 2. This declaration has been made after receiving the declarations required under section 296A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), as modified by section 1707C(2), for the year ended 30 June 2026. This declaration is made in accordance with a resolution of the directors.
