Fiona Mead LLB (Hons), BComm Age 55 Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance Ms Mead was appointed Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance effective June 2018. Previously, she was the Company secretary and a member of the executive leadership team at Tabcorp Holdings Limited. Prior to that, Ms Mead was the Company secretary at Asciano Limited, and earlier, assistant company secretary at Telstra. Fiona began her career as a lawyer with law firm Ashurst. Ms Mead is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Board committees The Board has established a number of standing committees as a mechanism for considering detailed issues and, where appropriate, making recommendations for consideration by the Board. These committees have charters setting out matters relevant to the composition, responsibilities and membership of each committee.
