Support for local communities Local community initiatives are centred on engaging employees in local giving, both financially and through volunteered time. These programs invite the broader participation of our employees in the community. While seeking to address a community need or gap, support for the local community encourages teamwork and collaboration and builds a sense of pride in the workplace and organisation.
