CSL Key Management Personnel This Report sets out remuneration information for Key Management Personnel (KMP) which includes Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), Executive Directors (i.e. the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO) and Chief Scientific Officer) and those key executives who have authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of CSL during the financial year (together with the Executive Directors, herein referred to as Executive KMP). The CSL KMP during 2019 are outlined in Table 1. Table 2 outlines changes to KMP that were made in 2019.
